Led by Principal designer Sarah Fischer, Sarah & Sons Interiors was born of a desire to support busy families in creating a home that nurtures and delights.
We believe home should reflect the unique story and interests of the individuals who live there.
Whether together for a two-hour consultation or a year-long renovation, we take the time to understand how each client’s space should feel and function to truly serve those they hold dear. Our thoughtful designs are both beautiful and distinctive, resulting in homes with deep meaning, history, and character no matter the age of the structure.
Sarah Fischer, Principal Designer
Sarah was raised in Northern Maine and suburban Philadelphia where she gained an appreciation for the intersection of historic charm and modern design. With a lifelong love for interiors and textiles, she studied at the University of Pittsburgh and in Florence, Italy. Her design process reflects a second major in Psychology; every project begins by exploring a client’s emotional connection to home. She is particularly skilled at mixing treasured family pieces with new furnishings that are thoughtfully sourced, resulting in a home that reflects the unique story of each client.
Along with her husband, Jeremy, Sarah is raising three sons on the coast of Maine with an ever-evolving 1844 farmhouse as the backdrop of their adventure.
