The Story

Our clients purchased a 175-year-old Greek Revival home that had been largely untouched for decades, prepared to make it their forever home with a large-scale renovation. When their budget was quickly absorbed by urgent system updates, our team created a “phase 1” design that allows this young family to enjoy impactful updates while waiting for the larger renovation to come. 

We guided a light renovation that included freshening finishes and modifying the existing kitchen for better flow. Lacking a mudroom, we created a tidy and efficient entry area within the family room. New furnishings live beautifully with vintage pieces, giving this family a truly liveable home to enjoy right away.
